Application:

Vertical Curing Oven (R500) is designed for curing surface mount electronic components of PCB; Compared with the traditional tunnel reflow oven, Vertical Curing Oven has the characteristics of compact structure, small area, high production efficiency and low energy consumption, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the workshop.

Feature:

• Compared with the off-line curing oven, Vertical Curing Oven can enter and exit automatically on-line, realize the docking with the production line, automatically feeding and feeding, reduce the need for repeated entry and exit of common off-line curing oven, release manual hours, save labor and improve efficiency.

• Vertical curing oven is designed to runs vertically up and down, greatly reduces the space occupied. It saves 3-4 times more space than the traditional tunnel reflow oven (it is an excellent product to replace the traditional tunnel reflow oven, in addition, it can also be based on the product. Requirements for customization), and it breaks the traditional linear operation mode, can achieve 0.5-2 hours of curing process, but also relative to saving decoration costs.

• Improves process consistency, and therefore quality, by reducing the time and temperature variations caused by the frequent opening of batch oven doors.

• Vertical curing oven has a great improvement in energy conservation compared with common off-line curing oven.
