Selective Spraying Machine

Application:
Selective spraying machine can select spray the solder point and economize rosin usage, it can be connected in line with wave solder machine. The fluxer nozzle movement speed will be automatically adjusted according to PCB width and the conveyor speed. This could ensure even fluxer spray.
Features:
It uses pneumatic pump and dedicated tank for the fluxer unit. No need to add the flux manually. The flux pressure is fixed, easy for control.
It use CR-6 nozzle. The air and flux are spray out together. Stepper motor controls the movement to make sure steady, even speed and a long service life.
It uses chain and lead screw for conveyor width adjustment. Turn the hand wheel to adjust the width.
The finger cleaning pump will exhaust the liquid to flow into the brush directly. The brush will have liquid all the time, which makes sufficient contact of the brush and chain to ensure cleanness.
The air knife is added at front and rear of spray to prevent the flux going into the insertion line.
The nozzle can be cleaned automatically by the air when there is no PCB passing at the set time.
