Application:

6-Zone SMT Reflow Oven (CR6000) is a force hot air reflow soldering with a combination of 6 independently controlled full convection heating zones (Upper 6, Lower 6) and 2 cooling zones; With a maximum temperature of 300℃, it is compatible with most of lead and lead free solder paste profiles.

Feature:

• Lead free process guaranteed, Industrial computer+PLC+SSR control

• PID temperature control to ensure zone temperature stability to ±1℃

• Windows 10 system, LCD display, has 8 programs include on/off, speed control, temperature control, profile setting, audible and light alarm, delayed turn off, etc.

• Could set, save and load the oven temperature and conveyor speed parameters from the software.

• Has PCB temperature profile testing function, and the profile could be printed out.

• Chain conveyor and mesh belt, suitable for high volume production and PCB of different specifications at the same time.

• Width adjustment is manual or with motor. The lower part of the chain uses mechanical device to lead the direction. Convenient for width adjustment and make sure stable PCB conveying after width adjustment.

• Use 3 points simultaneous width adjustment for the rail. No distortion.

• Use quality stainless steel for the heating tunnel. Quality heat insulation seal.

• Air outlet of the heating tunnel is located at the front and rear. Effectively prevent temperature interference of each zone.

• All machine is closed hot air cycling design in order to have maximum energy-saving.

• Weekly timer on/off.

• UPS battery backup and auto delayed off to make sure PCB could be sent out safely at power outage.

• Signal light tower to indicate system status.

• Malfunction audible and light alarm, operation status to display on the LCD. Operation log could be recorded.

• Could equip with nitrogen ready, and add nitrogen option at a later time.
