Product Description
Application:
Wave soldering is designed for soldering for PCB of through-hole, Wave solder system with spray fluxer, available with dual or single wave, 1.8 Meters long preheater with a total machine length of 3950mm. Computer control. Titanium-alloy solder pot, capacity of approximately 420 kilos lead free solder.

Main characteristics:
• The angle of the guide rail is adjusted by the screw rod and the gear mechanism, and the upright post is provided with an angle scale line.
• The flux adopts imported spray gun to spray. The stepper motor is controlled by the driver, the speed is stable, the atomization is even and the positioning is accurate.
• Automatic spray tracking system, spray area and time with the size of PCB automatic adjustment, automatic cleaning spray gun function.
• The exhaust system uses the original dual filter environmental protection structure, effectively reducing the pollution to the environment, easy to clean.
• The system adopts the external heating furnace, near the distance between nozzle design, adjustable angle, operation standard and energy saving modes, and can automatically collect less solder oxide, easy to clean.
• Dual-wave system with two variable-frequency controlled motors and independent adjustment of wave crest height
• Automatic conveyor width adjustment and closed-loop control of conveyor speed
• Motor-drive and push-button control of up-down and in-out motion
• Energy-saving mode with automatic board detection and timer to turn off pump motors during periods of inactivity—saves power and reduces dross volume
