Application:

8-Zone SMT Reflow Oven (CR8000) is ideal solution for high volume production. It has a combination of 8 independently controlled full convection heating zones (Upper 8, Lower 8), 2 cooling zones, which is an airproof circulated design, so it can achieve the biggest saving energy purpose.

Feature:

• Windows 10 system, LCD display, has 8 programs include on/off, speed control, temperature control, profile setting, audible and light alarm, delayed turn off, etc.

• Industrial computer+PLC+SSR control.

• PID temperature control to ensure zone temperature stability to ±1C.

• Could set, save and load the oven temperature and conveyor speed parameters from the software.

• Have PCB soldering temperature curve testing function and also have printing function.

• Have audio and lighting malfunction alarm , words operating notice and data record function.

• Adopt chains and mesh both conveyor functions, it can satisfied big batch production on line.

• Chains can be automatically lubricated and fastening , This is reliable，durable and smooth .

• The ventilation ports distributed front and rear in chamber, prevents temperature scurry at each heating zone.

• Cooling zone is operated by cooling wind system; it is high cooling function effect.

• Use 3 points simultaneous width adjustment for the rail. No distortion.

• Equip with high efficiency flux filtration system, it is easy cleaning and good environment, this structure is new and high environmental protection design.
