Application:

5 Zone SMT Reflow Oven (CR5000) is used for reflow soldering of surface mount electronic to PCB, it is a force hot air and full-convection reflow oven, it has a combination of 5 independently heating zones (Upper 5, Lower 5). 5 Zone SMT Reflow Oven is ideal solution for medium volume production.

Feature:

• Guide track adopts three points synchronous adjustment, it cannot be distortion, adjustment method is motorize or manual adjustment; it also adopts forcedly direction device at lower part of chain, it is convenience for adjustment. It still guaranteed PCB conveying reliable after width adjustment.

• Equip UPS power supply automatic delay shut down system, it can be guaranteed PCB boarding out safety when it was stop electricity.

• Chains can be automatically lubricated and fastening , This is reliable，durable and smooth .

• The ventilation ports distributed front and rear in chamber, prevents temperature scurry at each heating zone.

• Adopt industry computer +PLC+SSR control system.

• Windows 10 operation system display English, LCD display; including switch on/off procedure; speed control, temperature curve profiling, audio and lighting alarm and defer switch off functions.

• Each heating zone adopts independence PID control, have high efficiency, fast heat compensation ability.

• Software can save and transfer conveyor speed, and temperature parameter in solder pot.

• Have PCB soldering temperature curve testing function and also have printing function.

• Have audio and lighting malfunction alarm, words operating notice and data record function.
